We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding activities

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage interview feedback and candidate communications.
- Perform salary negotiations and offer discussions.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Build robust relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring updates
