We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our food truck team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in preparing soups and cooker-style pulavs, along with the ability to manage food preparation and maintain consistent taste and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of soups with consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
- Prepare cooker pulavs efficiently while maintaining the right flavour, texture, and consistency.
- Handle daily food preparation, ingredient cutting, marination, and cooking.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in every serving.
- Manage cooking during busy hours and ensure timely order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation and cooking area.
- Properly store and handle ingredients to maintain freshness and food safety.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure safe cooking practices.
- Coordinate with the food truck team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook, preferably in a food truck, restaurant, cloud kitchen, or similar setup.
- Strong expertise in soups and cooker pulavs is essential.
- Good understanding of Indian flavours, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good hygiene and kitchen discipline.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing different varieties of soups.
- Experience with veg and non-veg cooker pulavs/biryani-style dishes.
- Ability to develop or improve recipes based on customer preferences.
- Good portion control and food-cost awareness.

Pay: ₹9,209.24 - ₹30,000.00 per month
