We are actively hiring for the role of SAP Functional Consultant and looking for skilled professionals with solid expertise in SAP PLM / Recipe Management.

Experience: 7+ Years

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP PLM with expertise in Recipe Management (SAP R/3-RM)
Knowledge of Specification Management, Output Management, Labeling & Compliance Processes
Expertise in Migration of Recipe & Specification Objects
Experience in Data Model Harmonization, Access Control & Change Management
Familiarity with SAP DMS and integration with external systems (Regulatory / ERP)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fit-gap analysis between legacy and target solutions
Define functional specifications, process flows, and configuration requirements
Collaborate with technical teams for migration and interface design
Support testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and hyper-care phases
Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users
