We are looking for
HR Operations Associates
to support end-to-end
Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
processes for a global client.

? Key Responsibilities

• Provide
Tier-1 HR Helpdesk
support for Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Recruiting, Performance Management and Workday transactions.

• Handle
voice & non-voice support
in German and English.

• Manage and resolve HR tickets across multiple queues.

• Process
Workday HCM transactions
across the employee lifecycle.

• Support onboarding, document verification and background checks.

• Coordinate offboarding and exit workflows.

• Support
Learning & Development
administration, vendor coordination, invoicing and learning events.

• Maintain SLA, TAT, quality and data confidentiality standards.

• Use
ServiceNow, dashboards and knowledge bases
for case management.





• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement.

? Required Skills

✅ German Language –
B2/C1 proficiency (Mandatory)

✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Commerce or related field

✅ 0.5–5 years of
HR Shared Services / HR Operations
experience

✅ Experience with
Workday / ServiceNow / SuccessFactors

✅ Solid communication and customer service skills

✅ Ability to work in
24/7 operations

✅ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Global HR / HR Shared Services experience

• Exposure to
Payroll, Recruiting Operations, L&D; Operations and Benefits

• Workday HCM certification

• Goethe German certification
