Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and achieve business goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
