Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Chennai(WFO) 5 Days

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
- Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Configure and support ITOM modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Develop server-side and client-side solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain Import Sets, Transform Maps, Scheduled Imports, and data integrations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure all solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.





Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Solid experience with ITSM and working knowledge of ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of CMDB, IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine), CMDB Health Metrics, and CSDM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
