Position Overview
As the Founding AI Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building the
core infrastructure that powers every AI system inside GrowthX.
Think of this role as building the operating system—not the applications.
You will define the architecture, engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and core services
that enable multiple AI-powered business engines to work together seamlessly.
This is a senior engineering position requiring deep expertise in scalable software architecture,
AI systems, backend engineering, APIs, distributed systems, and automation.

AI Operating System
Architect and build the core platform responsible for:

● Multi-agent communication
● Shared memory architecture

● Infrastructure management

AI Platform Architecture
Design reusable infrastructure for:
● AI agent lifecycle management
● Shared services
● Tool execution
● Event-driven architecture
● Background workers
● Scalable APIs
● Agent communication protocols
● Security and permissions
● Error handling and recovery
Engineering Leadership
● Define system architecture and engineering standards
● Review technical designs and code quality
● Mentor AI Automation Engineers
● Establish best practices for scalability, testing, and deployment
● Collaborate with leadership on the product roadmap
Infrastructure & DevOps
Design and manage:
● Cloud infrastructure
● Dockerized services
