Roles & Responsibilities :-
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR qualified to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales hiring across the Ahmedabad region.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with business heads and regional sales managers for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of sales positions within defined TAT.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
- Track recruitment MIS, attrition reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume sales hiring.
- Ready to travel across the assigned region for recruitment drives.
