Job Responsibilities:
- Collect blood and other clinical samples from patients safely and efficiently.
- Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures.
- Properly label, handle, store, and transport collected samples.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, infection-control, and biomedical waste procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient and sample records.
- Communicate politely with patients and help them feel comfortable during sample collection.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely processing of samples.
- Handle home sample collection visits when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of phlebotomy equipment.

Requirements:
- DMLT / BMLT / relevant phlebotomy qualification preferred.
- Previous phlebotomy or laboratory experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of blood collection and sample-handling procedures.
- Ability to travel for home sample collection, if required.
- Responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
