The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our EV Charging Station business will oversee all operational aspects of the organization, driving efficiency, growth, and innovation. The COO will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of processes that enhance customer experience, optimize performance, and expand market presence. This role demands a solid leader with a background in operations management, a passion for sustainable energy, and a deep understanding of the E-Mobility landscape
Preferred candidate profile
- Expert knowledge of EV Charger design, construction, and operations
- Proficiency & Product knowledge in infrastructure, network systems, and security protocols
- Requirement Gathering and Solution Proposition Skills
- Graduate / Post graduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical with MBA will be a preferred.
- A minimum of 20-25 years of relevant experience in EV Charging Stations/ EV companies operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, team management, and operational excellence.
