About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience generating leads and winning IT/software projects through Upwork.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, negotiation, and project conversion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, creating customized proposals, engaging with international clients, and generating consistent business for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant IT/software projects on Upwork.
- Analyze client requirements and determine project suitability before bidding.
- Submit high-quality, customized, and client-focused proposals.




- Develop effective bidding strategies to maximize response and conversion rates.
- Manage Upwork Connects efficiently and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, interviews, negotiations, and requirement discussions.
- Convert Upwork leads into successful projects and long-term clients.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and technical teams to understand requirements and prepare project estimates.
- Maintain and optimize Upwork profiles to improve visibility, JSS, client satisfaction, and overall performance.
- Build robust relationships with international clients, particularly from the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Track and report bidding activity, proposals submitted, responses, interviews, conversions, and revenue.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new opportunities on Upwork.
- Maintain a healthy and organized pipeline of potential clients.
