Vashishta Systems is looking for an energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including builders, contractors, consultants, architects, industries, commercial establishments, and corporate organizations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, ELV, Security, and related systems.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical, estimation, and project teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recent market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales is required.
- Experience in Fire Fighting, Fire & Security Systems, CCTV, ELV, MEP, Construction, Building Services, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads, meet clients, negotiate, and close B2B deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
