- Engineering specification, review, and selection of electrical and automation systems for:
- Container cranes (STS, RMQC)
- Yard cranes (RTGC, RMGC)
- Bulk handling equipment (Ship loader/unloader, stacker-reclaimer)
- Interface management and engineering deliverable approvals
- Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and performance standards
- Testing and commissioning of Electrical & automation system of the terminal equipment according to the terminal project requirement and long-term shared goal of the team.
- Project Management:
- To define the container terminal equipment specification, Electrical Engineering, Automation scheme, Operating philosophy, operational flow, business plan, interface specification with TOS, selection of Electrical, Instrumentation & automation sub system equipment to meet the business requirement and explore options of various efficiency enhancement automation features, technology exploration and functions & select the optimum solutions.
- Active participation from Project Conceptualization to design, selection,



engineering, commissioning and technical support in the Equipment Project Engineering for terminal Equipment Electrical & Automation to ensure the long-term benefit for Port operation both in CAPEX & OPEX.
- Planning the optimum facility with various option analysis and recommend the best suitable equipment Automation system, Sub system & terminal (Container & Bulk) automations system based on the several factors technology, CAPEX, OPEX, Productivity, safety, efficiency and outcome etc.
- Responsible for basic, detail engineering of equipment automation system, sub system, terminal interface, commissioning and handing over as per the project scope definition.
