We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to support and coordinate HR operations across our Head Office and factory units.

The role will work closely with the Director and factory teams and will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, payroll inputs, attendance, HR documentation, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who wants to build a career in end-to-end HR management in a growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR activities across Head Office and factory units.
- Manage recruitment for HO and factory positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and factory management on manpower requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records for all units.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with Finance/payroll teams and ensure accurate inputs.
- Maintain employee databases, personnel files, HR reports, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with factory HR teams on attendance,



manpower, employee issues, and HR processes.
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in handling employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and general employee relations.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, induction, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Support employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives.
- Track absenteeism, attrition, manpower, and other HR metrics.
- Help implement and maintain HR policies and processes across all units.
- Prepare regular HR reports and updates for the Director and management.
- Support HR audits and ensure required records and documentation are maintained.
- Take ownership of day-to-day HR activities and work closely with the Director on broader HR initiatives.
