Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Python, Kafka, Event Streaming, Temporal, Durable Workflow Systems, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure high availability and performance of the system by implementing monitoring tools and optimizing resource utilization.
- Develop technical leadership skills through mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Backend Engineering with expertise in API design, data contracts, CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture principles with hands-on experience on AWS/Azure platforms.
- Proficiency in Microservices development using technologies like Kafka/Event Streaming/Distributed Systems.
