About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through accurate data analysis, reporting, and insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Track key metrics and support regular business performance reporting.
- Identify data discrepancies and work towards resolving data quality issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver relevant analysis.




- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and overall data efficiency.

Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Reporting, or a related role.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, lookups, and data visualization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
