About the Role

LawCrust is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team for a 4-month internship.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, trends, and building engaging online communities. You will work closely with the marketing team to strengthen LawCrust’s social media presence and create content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing LawCrust’s social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Write creative captions and social media copy.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, sounds, and content ideas.
- Assist in developing creative social media campaigns and initiatives.




- Monitor competitor activity and identify relevant trends and opportunities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Track basic social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to execute content on time.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of engaging social media content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
