Role Description
The Kitchen Technician is a full-time, in office role based in Ernakulam. This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, including assisting with food preparation, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that work areas are clean and organized. The Kitchen Technician will follow hygiene and safety protocols, help monitor equipment performance, and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance staff. The role also includes communicating with team members, coordinating tasks during busy periods,



and providing courteous support to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to operational standards, and a willingness to perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform Food Preparation and Cooking tasks in a structured kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of Hygiene standards and basic food safety practices.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members.
- Customer Service mindset when interacting with clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, equipment handling, and routine maintenance checks.
- Capacity to follow instructions, work on your feet for extended periods, and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or food service setting is an advantage.
