We are looking for a Senior BA / BA Manager with strong insurance experience and proven BA team management & transformation expertise.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts
• Coach, mentor and develop BA capabilities
• Review requirements and BA artefacts; improve analysis practices
• Define business capabilities, value streams & operating model impacts
• Drive enterprise-level thinking across domains and solutions
• Align requirements with target architecture and reduce duplication
• Manage stakeholder conflicts and negotiate competing priorities
• Engage with senior stakeholders / ExCo / business heads
• Lead change adoption, process transformation, training & communication
• Partner with Operations and business teams to challenge and refine requirements
