Role Summary

SolarRun is looking for a hands-on engineer to identify, prototype, build and productionise AI-powered solutions across its CRM, sales, marketing, lead generation, content and customer operations. This is not just a chatbot or prompt-engineering role.

Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows inside the PHP/Laravel CRM.
- Build AI agents for sales coaching, role-play and call analysis.
- Automate lead enrichment, qualification, scoring, routing and follow-up.
- Build marketing/content-generation workflows.
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM APIs.
- Build tool/function-calling and agentic workflows.
- Connect AI systems to the CRM using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and authentication.
- Build automations with n8n or similar tools.
- Implement RAG, embeddings and vector search.
- Build guardrails, validation, retries, fallbacks and human approvals.




- Implement AI evaluation/testing, logging, monitoring and cost tracking.
- Handle security, privacy and customer-data protection.
- Document architecture, APIs, prompts and workflows.
