Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle FAH Functional professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery, drive finance transformation projects, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders. The role also requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP GL/AR, financial processes, functional design, testing, deployment, and support, as well as a solid accounting background. Further, it is preferable to have basic knowledge to reporting (BIP/OTBI) and basic knowledge of integrations (using OIC or any other tools) to understand source data being grouped or accounted with FAH rules.

Duties Responsibilities
- Understand Oracle Cloud ERP finance and accounting flows to work effectively with business stakeholders
- Lead projects and manage them end to end by creating a plan and owning execution of the plan while working collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Assist with all phases of the solution delivery lifecycle, including specifying features,



working with IT developers and vendors, coordinating with the implementation team, supporting testing activities, facilitating business testing, and overseeing deployment efforts
- Create and maintain system architecture, data flow, functional flow documents, and other technical artifacts working with domain architects, business, and other technology teams for current solutions being implemented
- Participate in the Change Management process for the applications
- Provide training to end users and/or other IT personnel whenever needed
- Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications
