- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com/BBA – Finance or equivalent) or
- Master's Degree (M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent) from a recognized university.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Vendor Payment Management
- Process vendor payments accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain vendor reconciliation statements.

2. Invoice Management
- Generate, review, verify, and maintain purchase and sales invoices.




- Ensure timely recording of invoices in the accounting system.
- Monitor pending invoices and coordinate for necessary approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.

3. Cash & Bank Transactions
- Record and reconcile daily cash transactions.
- Monitor bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports.

4. Payroll Management
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with HR.
- Verify attendance, reimbursements, statutory deductions, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records and employee compensation documentation.

5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and assist in filing GST returns and other statutory filings.
- Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.
- Support annual tax filings and statutory audits.
