Role:
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions, while ensuring effective HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions.
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet business requirements within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Schedule interviews, manage offer rollouts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to hiring timelines.

HR Operations
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.




- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR processes.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and recruitment dashboards.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience:
- Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR 5+ years of experience.
