Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with clients and design teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and project status updates.
- Understand client requirements and ensure they are reflected in design and execution.

3. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead internal project teams including architects, designers, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Facilitate collaboration and resolve project-related issues.

4. Design Oversight & Quality Control
- Oversee design development to ensure alignment with client requirements and project standards.
- Review architectural drawings, details, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

5. Budget & Cost Management
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with finance teams for billing, cost tracking, and resource planning.

6. Scheduling & Deadline Management
- Ensure project milestones and final delivery deadlines are achieved.
- Identify and resolve delays, conflicts, and roadblocks proactively.
- Maintain updated project schedules and progress reports.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for permits and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and statutory requirements.
