Job Summary

QUDE Mart Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: ZOLU) is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, taxation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and general accounting principles, with the ability to maintain accurate books of accounts and coordinate with management, auditors, and other departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all transactions.

GST & Taxation
- Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B,



and other applicable GST returns.
- Reconcile purchase records with GSTR-2B and identify discrepancies.
- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for statutory compliance and assessments.

Tally & MIS
- Maintain accounts in Tally Prime.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Generate sales, purchase, outstanding, expense, and other financial reports.
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing of accounting documents.

Receivables & Payables
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for collections.
- Maintain vendor payable records.
- Prepare payment schedules and assist management in payment planning.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
