Starnox Pharma India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Business Manager (ABM) to manage pharmaceutical sales and business development activities within the assigned territory.

The ABM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and motivating the Medical Representative team, developing relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, expanding the customer base, and ensuring effective implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Develop and implement effective territory-wise sales plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where required.
- Ensure consistent growth in product sales and market share.
- Develop robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.

2. Team Management
- Manage, guide,



and motivate Medical Representatives and Business Executives in the assigned area.
- Set individual targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to improve sales effectiveness.
- Review daily call reports, tour plans, and sales performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of suitable sales personnel when required.

3. Doctor & Customer Engagement
- Ensure regular and effective coverage of doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Develop professional relationships with key doctors and institutions.
- Ensure proper communication of product information and promotional campaigns.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
