Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and corporate organizations, while strengthening existing relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating agreements, and tracking opportunities in the sales pipeline.



The Business Development Manager will work closely with counseling and marketing teams to align outreach strategies, support campaigns, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing feedback on service offerings, and preparing regular reports on business performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in education, counseling, or related service industries.
- Solid skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex education options clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze markets, identify new segments, and contribute to growth strategies and outreach plans.
