Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to develop and manage relationships with major and mid-sized system integrators across the United States. The ideal candidate will have established client connections and experience generating IT staffing, subcontracting, SOW and project-based business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with major and mid-sized system integrators across the USA.
- Connect with procurement leaders, delivery managers, vendor-management teams and business-unit decision-makers.
- Secure new vendor partnerships, staffing requirements and project opportunities.
- Generate business across IT staffing, professional services, SOW, EOR/payroll and workforce solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through contract execution and account growth.




- Expand existing accounts across technologies, business units and geographic markets.
- Coordinate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure fast, high-quality fulfillment.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and client updates.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in USA IT staffing, consulting or workforce-solutions sales.
- Strong relationships with major or mid-sized system integrators.
- Proven success acquiring new clients and generating sustainable revenue.
- Knowledge of staffing, subcontracting, SOW, VMS/MSP and supplier-engagement models.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Ability to independently build relationships and convert them into measurable business.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission and incentives.
