Role Summary:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial
Head of Sales & Business Development – APAC
to take full ownership of our sales growth across the APAC region, with a strong focus on
India
.

This is a strategic yet highly hands-on leadership role for an experienced sales professional who can
build a regional sales organization from the ground up
,



define and execute the go-to-market strategy, establish a strong enterprise pipeline, and personally drive high-value deals.

You will work at the intersection of
Cloud, Data, AI, and Intelligent Automation
, translating complex business challenges into measurable technology solutions and long-term transformation initiatives.

The role offers a high level of autonomy and decision-making freedom, with the opportunity to shape the APAC sales strategy, build a high-performing team, develop strategic partnerships, and have a direct impact on the company's international growth.

Role Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of proven experience
in B2B IT services, digital transformation, Cloud, SaaS, or complex project-based sales, preferably within APAC.
- Solid understanding of the
APAC market
, with significant experience in
India
strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of
building and scaling sales organizations from scratch
