Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Process & Data Management Intern to support sales function, order processing, business data management, and reporting activities. The intern will work closely with Sales, Order Desk, Planning teams to ensure smooth order execution, data accuracy, and timely business insights.

Business Process:

1. Understand end-to-end Business processes and workflows.
2. Handle and resolve sales-related queries through available business systems and tools.
3. Review and process customer orders based on defined approval workflows.
4. Verify approvals and ensure timely order clearance and processing.
5. Follow up with stakeholders to resolve order-related exceptions and delays.
6. Act as a point of contact for Order Desk team queries and operational support.
7. Assist in troubleshooting system and process-related concerns raised by Order Desk teams.





Data Management & Maintenance:

1. Maintain master data across PL to support business processes such as ZSD_COPS.
2. Support data validation and periodic data cleansing activities.
3. Prepare and share COPS dashboards with Planners, Business Unit Heads, and Regional Sales Managers.
4. Create trend analysis reports for IGST transactions and order patterns.

Educational Qualification:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Experience with SAP and a good understanding of operational processes will be considered a solid advantage
