Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Adhere to service quality standards, turnaround time (TAT), and company processes.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-handling abilities.
- Hands-on experience in inbound/outbound calling, email support, and chat support.
- Ability to handle customer escalations in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
- Experience in Broking or Wealth Management side only.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
