Senior Architect – Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept development through design, approval, construction, and completion.
- Develop innovative architectural concepts, detailed designs, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, timelines, and design expectations.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D models, presentations, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, interior, landscape, and other engineering consultants.
- Manage and guide junior architects, designers, and project team members.
- Review construction progress and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and provide practical design solutions during construction.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, planning requirements,



and relevant standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, material selections, and overall project quality.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, project reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Identify design and construction challenges and develop effective, cost-productive solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, revisions, approvals, and architectural records.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of design, functionality, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
