We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HR operations, training, HR documentation, time office management, and performance appraisal processes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle exit formalities.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of employee databases and HRMS.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, letters, forms, and other required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
- Manage daily employee attendance, shift schedules, late coming, overtime, and leave records.
- Monitor attendance through the time-office/attendance management system.




- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Provide accurate attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Maintain proper records of leave, absenteeism, and overtime.
- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Plan and coordinate employee training programs.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation
- Track employee participation and effectiveness of training programs.
- Coordinate the annual/periodic performance appraisal process.
- Share appraisal formats and timelines with employees and department heads.
- Collect and maintain performance evaluation records.
- Coordinate with management for appraisal discussions, revisions, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and disciplined work setting
