About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef – Bakery & Pastry to lead the bakery and pastry function, ensuring high-quality production, innovation, consistency, food safety, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Bakery & Pastry production operations.
- Develop and standardize recipes for breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, viennoiserie and other bakery products.
- Create current products and seasonal menus aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, texture and portion control.
- Manage daily production planning based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
- Control food cost, wastage, yield and inventory of bakery raw materials.
- Monitor procurement and quality of ingredients such as flour,



chocolate, dairy, dry fruits, fruits and other specialty ingredients.
- Maintain strict standards of HACCP, food safety, hygiene and sanitation.
- Train, coach and supervise Bakery & Pastry Chefs and kitchen team members.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of bakery equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with Purchase, F&B;, Stores, QA and Operations teams.
- Maintain production records, recipe costing, stock consumption and wastage reports.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining premium product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory food safety requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts / Bakery & Confectionery.
- 8–12+ years of relevant Bakery & Pastry experience, preferably in Luxury Hotels, Premium Restaurants, QSR Chains, Central Kitchens or High-End Bakeries.
- Strong knowledge of modern and classical bakery & past
