Key Responsibilities (Respiratory Segment)
- Achieve district sales targets and drive growth for key Respiratory brands.
- Lead, coach, and develop FSOs to maximize field productivity and execution.
- Ensure smooth product availability through effective coordination with wholesalers.
- Execute focused sales promotions and engage highpotential cardiologists, diabetologists, and physicians.
- Conduct joint fieldwork, strengthen customer relationships, and gather market insights.
- Track competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
- Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines and timely Adverse Event Reporting.
- Manage inventory, collections, and outstanding levels efficiently.
- Leverage digital tools to improve reporting and field operations.
- Oversee team performance, appraisals, retention, and key administrative processes.
