What You’ll Work On
- Create and execute fresh employee engagement ideas, events and workplace experiences.
- Turn HR initiatives into engaging posts, reels, videos and campaigns.
- Design creative posters, internal communications and LinkedIn content.
- Support content shoots — from ideation and scripting to shooting and basic editing.
- Bring social media and workplace trends into HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees and teams to make events smooth, interactive and memorable.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day engagement and coordination activities.

What We’re Looking For
- Students or graduates from HR, Business, Media, Design, Communications or related fields.
- Creative thinker with an eye for trends,



storytelling and visual content.
- Solid communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with Canva and basic video editing.
- Someone who takes initiative, experiments with ideas and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in HR, content creation or social media is a plus, not a must.
