About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller with solid manufacturing/plant finance exposure to manage financial controllership, costing, MIS, budgeting, working capital, compliance, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end plant finance and accounting activities.
- Handle month-end closing, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage product costing, standard costing, BOM and production cost analysis.
- Monitor inventory, working capital and cash flow.




- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, GST, TDS and internal controls.
- Partner with Plant, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams on cost and profitability improvement.
- Drive process improvements, automation and SAP/ERP initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- CA (Chartered Accountant) with 712 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in manufacturing / plant finance.
- Good knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
