Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with around 10 years of hands-on construction experience. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, resource management, and coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations.
- Execute civil works according to structural drawings, architectural designs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Estimate material requirements and monitor inventory.




- Minimize material wastage and support cost-effective execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
