Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee day-to-day facility management operations across assigned client locations.
- Ensure effective delivery of Technical, Soft Services, Housekeeping, Security, MEP, and other facility management services.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor operational performance and compliance.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment, attendance, shift management, and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower requirements, deployment, and replacements.
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure timely closure of operational gaps and client complaints.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, environmental, and client-specific requirements.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, consumables, equipment, and operational costs.
- Review site-level MIS, manpower reports, incident reports,



maintenance reports, and client feedback.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Support the Business Development team during new client mobilization, site surveys, solution design, and operational costing.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvement, employee productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Manage escalations and resolve client concerns within agreed timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of operational reports and MIS to management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with site teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the mobilization and transition of current contracts and ensure smooth handover from implementation to steady-state operations.
- Prepare and implement SOPs, checklists, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational processes.
