Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Hiring Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates through field recruitment activities. The role requires extensive local travel, robust communication skills, and the ability to achieve hiring targets. (Expertia)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and hiring drives to source candidates.
- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, job portals, walk-ins, and recruitment activities.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate shortlisted candidates for further interviews and selection.
- Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate document collection and joining formalities.




- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, staffing, or blue-collar hiring preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with local travel and field work.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Knowledge of the local area and local languages will be an advantage.

- Number of candidates sourced and screened.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Joining conversion and retention.
- Time taken to close vacancies.
- Achievement of monthly hiring targets.
