AREA SALES OFFICER – Solar Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and digital channels.
- Meet customers, understand their energy requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for system design and project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Track sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government incentives, and renewable energy policies.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, batteries, and renewable energy technologies.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) skills.




- Ability to analyze customer energy needs and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

Educational Qualifications
- Min HSS Required. Bachelor's degree Preferred.
- Certification or training in solar energy is an advantage.

Experience
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in solar sales, battery sales, electrical products, or energy solutions.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
