We are looking for an experienced Head of Garment Production to lead our garment manufacturing operations and ensure timely production, high quality, optimum productivity, and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, production planning, line balancing, manpower management, and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day garment production from cutting to finishing, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Plan and monitor production as per order requirements and shipment schedules.
- Manage sewing lines and improve line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, and manpower deployment.
- Implement effective line balancing based on operation breakdown, SAM/SMV, machine capacity, and manpower.
- Monitor WIP and ensure smooth movement of production from cutting to sewing and finishing.
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, and production losses and take corrective action.
- Work closely with PPC, Merchandising, Quality, IE, Stores, Maintenance,



and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure garments meet required quality standards, measurements, workmanship, and buyer specifications.
- Reduce rejection, alteration, rework, wastage, downtime, and overtime.
- Drive productivity and process improvement through Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and other improvement initiatives.
- Manage and develop production managers, supervisors, line leaders, operators, and helpers.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and optimum utilization of production resources.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns and production interruptions.
- Prepare and review production MIS and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies.
