About the Role

Digital Khidki is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our content and creative team. The intern will work on editing videos for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Shorts/Reels, while learning professional video editing and digital content practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts and social media content.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects and basic animations.
- Create engaging video edits according to the content requirements and brand guidelines.
- Work on Hindi and English video content, including poetry, creator and brand content.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content.
- Coordinate with the content and social media team to understand editing requirements.




- Ensure videos are delivered within timelines and meet quality standards.
- Keep up with current social media video trends, editing styles and formats.
- Organize and maintain video files and project assets.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.
- Positive understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media video formats.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visuals, timing and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of typography, transitions, music and sound editing.
- Ability to understand feedback and make revisions.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred
- Knowledge of Hindi content, poetry or creator-based content will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and After Effects is a plus.
- Candidates with a portfolio, sample edits or college projects will be preferred.
