The Branch Manager responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch.

The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including service quality, cash management, compliance with banking regulations, and adherence to internal policies. This role involves leading and mentoring the branch team, setting targets, monitoring sales of banking products, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

The Branch Manager engages with customers to understand their banking needs, resolves escalations, and ensures high standards of customer experience. The position also requires regular reporting on branch performance, risk management, and coordination with regional and head office teams.

Experience- Minimum 10 yrs in retail banking from any private Sector bank, with atleast 2 years as Branch Head

- Solid leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.




- Excellent customer service, relationship management, and communication skills to engage with retail and corporate clients.
- Sound knowledge of retail banking products, branch operations, and basic credit and risk assessment.
- Ability to analyze performance data, set targets, and implement sales and business development strategies.
- High level of integrity, adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, and focus on operational accuracy.
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in branch banking or financial services management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and core banking systems, with comfort using digital tools and applications.
