​Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Fitter to assemble, install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth mechanical operations, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and executing precision fitting tasks according to engineering blueprints.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and mechanical schematics.
​Assemble, fit, and align machinery components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
​Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
​Conduct fault diagnosis, repair, and overhaul of pumps, valves, gearboxes, bearings, and structural assemblies.
​Perform basic cutting, grinding, drilling, and bench-fitting work as required for equipment alignment.
​Maintain strict adherence to plant health, safety,



and environmental regulations on the shop floor.
​Requirements & Qualifications:
​Education: ITI / NCVT certificate in Fitter trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
​Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on mechanical fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
​Technical Skills: Proficiency with precision measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges) and shop equipment.
​Strong troubleshooting ability and physical stamina for site/plant operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
