Role & responsibilities

1. 3D Modeling
- Create accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches and design concepts.
- Develop detailed interior, exterior, landscape and product models.
- Use software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Revit or Rhino.

2. Rendering
- Produce photorealistic renders using V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape or Twinmotion.
- Optimize lighting, textures, materials and camera angles.

3. Concept Development
- Collaborate with architects, designers and project teams to understand design intent.
- Develop visual concepts and suggest design improvements.

4. Animation & Walkthroughs
- Create animated walkthroughs and flythroughs for presentations and marketing.

5. Post Production
- Enhance renders using Photoshop or similar software.
- Add backgrounds, people, vegetation and visual effects to improve realism.

6. Presentation & Documentation
- Prepare high-quality presentation boards and project visuals.
- Ensure visuals follow brand and design guidelines.

7. Software & File Management




- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization and rendering technologies.
- Maintain organized project files and version control.

8. Deadline & Quality Control
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Review visuals for accuracy, realism and design consistency.

Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization or related field.
- Minimum 38 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer.
- Experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Interior Fit-out preferred.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender or Rhino.
- Strong knowledge of V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape or Twinmotion.
- Positive experience in photorealistic rendering, lighting, materials and textures.
- Experience in 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs and animations.
- Proficiency in Photoshop / post-production.
- Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail.
