Job Summary

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Business Analyst to support business engagement, requirement gathering, process analysis, ticket triage, and coordination for automation and digital solution initiatives.

The role will act as a bridge between Japanese business stakeholders and technical/delivery teams, helping understand business requirements, translate them into clear actionable requirements, and ensure effective communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Japanese business stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, pain points, and expectations.
- Conduct requirement gathering and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Act as a bridge between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and technical/delivery teams.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with Japanese stakeholders and provide clear communication and follow-up.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.




- Perform initial ticket/issue triage and coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on incidents, service requests, problems, and change-related activities.
- Ensure tickets contain appropriate information and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, meeting notes, functional specifications, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with development, automation, and support teams throughout the solution and support lifecycle.
- Support UAT coordination, issue clarification, validation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure effective communication and timely follow-up across business and technical teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong Japanese language proficiency with the ability to communicate confidently with Japanese business stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
