We are seeking an experienced technology professional with 20+ years of overall work experience and robust expertise in customer success, account management, project delivery, and leadership within the Japanese IT market. The ideal candidate will have significant onsite experience in Japan, a deep understanding of Japanese business culture, and excellent Japanese communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technology projects from inception through successful completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Manage customer relationships and act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues,



and dependencies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
- Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to ensure effective performance and successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, processes, quality standards, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
- Support account management and customer success initiatives, including identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Effectively manage priorities and deliverables while working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
