Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, guide workers, and manage performance for onsite electricians and plumbers.
- Quality & Safety Checks: Inspect installations to make sure they follow blueprints, technical drawings, and local safety laws.
- Project Coordination: Work with project managers, builders, and other contractors to keep work on schedule.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex electrical or plumbing system failures on site.
- Inventory & Reporting: Track needed materials, manage equipment, and write daily progress reports.

Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related trade field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or facility maintenance supervision.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, pipe systems, and blueprint reading.
- Soft Skills: Good leadership, transparent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
