We are hiring a Senior HR Recruiter for MedPlus in Coimbatore region.

What You Will Do:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for MedPlus stores in the region
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals and field visits
- Conduct walk-in drives, campus drives and job drives
- Manage bulk hiring for store roles like Pharmacist, Pharmacy Aid, CSA, Delivery staff, Housekeeping and Security
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies for new store openings
- Control attrition by conducting exit interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment tracker and share regular reports
- Coordinate with store managers and operations team for hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Who Can Apply:
- MBA / MSW HR completed
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment mandatory




- Must be willing to travel across store locations
- Coimbatore local candidates preferred
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits

Work Location: Coimbatore (Field based - store visits)
